Impact of Health Education Based on Self Disclosure Combined with Returning to Social Skills Training on the Psychological Health and Social Function of Patients with Schizophrenia
Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on self disclosure combined with returning to social skills training in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 82 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received health education based on self disclosure combined with regression skills training,both groups received continuous nursing for 2 months.The mental health and social function of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Symptom Self-rating Scale score of the observation group was(199.33±32.34)points,which was lower than(263.18±39.96)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions and the total score of the Social Function Rating Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of health education based on self disclosure and returning to social skills training has a good application effect in schizophrenia patients,which is beneficial for improving their mental health status and enhancing social function.
