Colorectal adenomas are all kinds of protruding lesions that grow on the mucosa of the colon and rectum and protrude into the intestinal cavity,and are recognized as precancerous lesions.Intestinal flora plays a key role in metabolism,nutrition,immunity and defense,and is closely related to intestinal diseases.This article reviews the relationship between intestinal flora and colorectal adenoma,and the research progress on the prevention and treatment of splenic asthenic colorectal adenoma by Chinese herbal compounds by regulating intestinal flora,aiming to provide a new research direction and thinking path for the prevention of colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer.
