Clinical Efficacy Observation of Modified Sini Powder Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Overactive Bladder Syndrome
Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of modified Sini powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of overactive bladder syndrome.Methods A total of 72 patients with overactive bladder syndrome admitted to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(n=33)and a treatment group(n=39).The control group was treated with tolterodine tartrate,while the treatment group was treated with modified Sini powder combined with acupuncture.Compare the clinical symptoms,symptom scores,quality of life,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results After treatment,the frequency of daytime urination,nighttime urination,urgency,and incontinence in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Symptom Scoring Scale for Overactive Bladder Syndrome and the King Health Questionnaire scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 5.12%,which was lower than 27.27%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Sini powder combined with acupuncture is safe and effective in treating overactive bladder syndrome,and has certain clinical value.
