Effect of Zishui-Hanmu Acupuncture Combined with PNF on Patients with Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after Stroke
Objective To explore the effect of Zishui-Hanmu acupuncture combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke. Methods A total of 62 patients with SHS after stroke who were admitted to Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, according to the random number table method, they were divided into a group A and a group B,with 31 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with drugs for improving cerebral circulation, lowering lipids, and anti-platelet aggregation.Group A was treated with PNF,and group B was treated with Zishui-Hanmu acupuncture on the basis of group A,both groups were continuously treated for 30 days. The clinical efficacy, pain degree, motor function and the level of vascular endothelial cell function indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group B was 96.77%,which was higher than 80.65%of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 30th day of treatment, the Visual Analogue Scale score of pain in group B was lower than that in group A,and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale score was higher than that in group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of endothelin-1 in group B was higher than that in group A,and the level of nitric oxide was lower than that in group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishui-hanmu acupuncture combined with PNF in the treatment of SHS patients after stroke is beneficial to improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the degree of pain, improve motor function and vascular endothelial cell function index levels, which is worthy of promotion.
