Effect of Yinlian Qufeng Decoction Combined with Ebastine and Loratadine on Symptom Score and Immune Function in Patients with Chronic Urticaria
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinlian Qufeng Decoction combined with ebastine and loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria(CU).Methods A total of 72 patients with CU admitted to Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ebastine and loratadine,and the observation group was treated with Yinlian Qufeng Decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,immune function,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of air mass size,air mass quantity and pruritus degree in the observation group were(0.61±0.12)points,(0.58±0.11)points and(0.71±0.12)points,respectively,which were lower than(0.82±0.15)points,(0.79±0.13)points and(0.95±0.16)points in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the CD4+,CD4+/CD8+levels in the observation group were(40.14±4.23)%and(1.78±0.29),respectively,which were higher than(36.05±4.07)%and(1.41±0.26)in the control group,and the CD8+level was(22.56±2.14)%,which was lower than(25.63±2.25)%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores in the physiological,psychological,social relationship and environmental domains of the World Health Organization quality of life-Brief Version scale in the observation group were(86.78±5.35)points,(87.41±5.32)points,(88.89±5.13)points and(89.63±4.82)points,respectively,which were higher than(80.47±5.24)points,(80.89±5.24)points,(81.05±5.11)points and(82.11±5.04)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinlian Qufeng Decoction combined with ebastine and loratadine can improve the therapeutic effect of CU,accelerate the disappearance of disease symptoms,reduce immune disorders,improve the quality of life of patients,and is safe and reliable.
