Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Heat Package Combined with Fascia Manipulation on Patients with Non-Specific Low Back Pain
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine heat package combined with fascia manipulation(FM)on patients with non-specific low back pain.Methods Seventy patients with non-specific low back pain admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from May 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine heat package combined with FM fascia manipulation on the basis of the control group,both groups received continuous treatment for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and degree of dysfunction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was(1.92±0.66)points,which was lower than(3.25±0.74)points of the control group,and the Oswestry Disability Index score was(9.41±2.44)points,which was lower than(12.54±3.20)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine heat package combined with FM fascia manipulation is effective in the treatment of non-specific low back pain patients,which can effectively improve the dysfunction of patients and relieve the pain degree of patients.
