Objective To investigate the effect of Qishenyiqi dropping pills combined with Sacubitril valsartan sodium(ARNI)in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 60 CHF patients admitted to Yicheng District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zaozhuang City from December 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium and the observation group was treated with Qishenyiqi dropping pills.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 63.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,nitric oxide,left ventricular ejection fraction and endothelin-1 in observation group were higher than those in the control group,and left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with Qishenyiqi dropping pills has high clinical efficacy in the treatment of CHF,and can effectively improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of patients,and the drug is safe.
