Effect of Shugan Wenjing Decoction,Moxibustion Combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets on the Clinical Efficacy and Pain Degree of Patients with Cold Coagulation Blood Stasis Type Dysmenorrhea
Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Wenjing Decoction,moxibustion combined with dydrogesterone tablets on the clinical effect and pain degree of patients with cold coagulation blood stasis type dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 100 patients with cold coagulation blood stasis type dysmenorrhea admitted to Jinan Zhangqiu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desdrogestone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Wenjing decoction and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,quality of life,serum indicators,levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale of pain and COX Dysmenorrhea Symptom Scale in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of 36-item Short-Form health survey in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of prostaglandin F2α in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the levels of prostaglandin estradiol and β-endorphin in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan Wenjing Decoction,moxibustion combined with dydrogesterone tablets can effectively improve clinical symptoms in patients with cold coagulation blood stasis type dysmenorrhea,relieve pain degree,improve serum indicators and inflammatory factors,enhance clinical efficacy and improve quality of life.
