Effect Analysis of one Finger Zen Pushing Method Combined with ShuJin Washing Medicine Fumigation Washing and Proprioceptive Training on Patients with Postoperative Knee Stiffness
Objective To explore the effect analysis of one finger Zen pushing method combined with ShuJin washing medicine fumigation washing and proprioceptive training on patients with postoperative knee stiffness.Methods Forty-six patients with postoperative knee stiffness admitted to Wushan County People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group was treated with one finger zen pushing method,ShuJin washing medicine fumigation washing and proprioceptive training combined intervention.The time of joint stiffness and normal movement,balance function,knee joint motion,knee joint function,swelling condition and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of joint stiffness and normal activity in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Berg Balance Scale and Lysholm knee joint scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the knee joint motion was greater than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the pain Visual Analogue Scale score and deswelling index score in the observation group were(1.42±0.96)points and(0.23±0.09)points,which were lower than(2.94±0.89)points and(0.87±0.27)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of one finger zen pushing method,ShuJin washing medicine fumigation washing and proprioceptive training for postoperative knee stiffness can reduce the pain of the affected side knee joint,improve the function and mobility of the knee joint,accelerate the disappearance of joint stiffness,and shorten the recovery time of normal joint activity.
