心肺联合运动测试指导下BioMaster虚拟情景互动训练联合穴位贴敷在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用价值

目的 探讨心肺联合运动测试(CPET)指导下BioMaster虚拟情景互动训练联合穴位贴敷在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的应用价值.方法 选取内蒙古自治区中医医院 2022 年 1 月—2023 年 12 月收治的 104 例老年COPD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各 52 例.对照组采取穴位贴敷干预,观察组采取CPET指导下BioMaster虚拟情景互动训练联合穴位贴敷干预.比较两组的肺功能、运动能力、严重程度及临床疗效.结果 干预后,两组第 1 秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)均大于干预前,FEV1/FVC均高于干预前,且观察组FEV1、FVC均大于对照组,观察组FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组 6 min步行试验(6MWT)均长于干预前,COPD评估测试(CAT)评分均低于干预前,且观察组 6MWT长于对照组,CAT评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为 96.15%,高于对照组的 82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 老年COPD患者采用CPET指导下BioMaster虚拟情景互动训练联合穴位贴敷干预的效果显著,可促进其肺功能的恢复,提高运动能力,缓解咳嗽、咳痰等症状,值得临床推广.
Application Value of BioMaster Virtual Scenario Interactive Training Guided by Cardio-Pulmonary Exercise Test Combined with Acupoint Application in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective Exploring the application value of BioMaster virtual scenario interactive training guided by Cardio-Pulmonary Exercise Test(CPET)combined with acupoint application in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Selecting 104 elderly COPD patients admitted to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 as the research subjects,according to random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received acupoint application intervention,while the observation group received BioMaster virtual scenario interactive training guided by CPET combined with acupoint application intervention.Compare the lung function,exercise capacity,severity,and clinical efficacy between two groups.Results After intervention,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and FEV1/FVC were higher than those before intervention,in addition,the FEV1 and FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the FEV1/FVC of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the 6-Minute Walking Test(6MWT)in both groups were longer than those before the intervention,and the COPD Assessment Test(CAT)scores were lower than those before the intervention.In addition,the 6MWT in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the CAT scores was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than the 82.69%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of BioMaster virtual scenario interactive training guided by CPET combined with acupoint application intervention in elderly COPD patients has a significant effect,which can promote the recovery of lung function,improve exercise ability,alleviate symptoms such as cough and sputum,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
