Effect of Progressive Lower Limb Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with Family-Style Balance Exercise on Joint Function Recovery of Patients After Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective To explore the effect of progressive lower limb rehabilitation therapy combined with family-style balance exercise on joint function recovery of patients after femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients receiving femoral neck fracture in The 80th Group Army Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention, and the observation group was treated with progressive lower limb rehabilitation therapy combined with family-style balance exercise intervention.Hip function, balance ability and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,in the Harris Hip Scale in the observation group, the scores of joint range of motion, pain, deformity and function were all higher than those in the control group, the score of Berg Balance Scale was also higher than that in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive lower limb rehabilitation therapy combined with family-style balance exercise can effectively improve the balance ability of patients with femoral neck fracture, promote the recovery of hip function, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
