Effect of Time Sensitive Stimulation Combined with Trunk Control Training on Rehabilitation Training Compliance Behavior and Trunk Function in Stroke Hemiplegic Patients
Objective To explore the effect of time sensitive stimulation combined with trunk control training on stroke hemiplegic patients. Methods Selecting 120 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to the Chiping District Second People's Hospital,Liaocheng City from August 2020 to August 2023 as the research subjects, divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received time sensitive stimulation combined with trunk control training intervention on the basis of the control group, the intervention time for both groups was 2 months.Compare two groups of rehabilitation training compliance behaviors, trunk function, and quality of life. Results After the intervention, the observation group had higher scores in all dimensions of the Stroke Rehabilitation Exercise Compliance Scale,Trunk Impairment Scale, and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 compared to the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of time sensitive stimulation combined with trunk control training in stroke hemiplegic patients can improve their compliance with rehabilitation exercises, promote trunk function recovery, and improve their quality of life.
