依达拉奉右莰醇联合丁苯酞治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及氧化应激反应的影响

目的 探讨依达拉奉右莰醇联合丁苯酞治疗对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的影响.方法 选择 2022 年 5 月—2023 年 5 月金乡县人民医院收治的 90 例ACI患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各 45 例.对照组采用丁苯酞治疗,观察组采用依达拉奉右莰醇联合丁苯酞治疗,两组均持续治疗 2 周.比较两组的临床疗效、血清炎症因子、神经功能、氧化应激反应及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表评分、C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组丙二醛及活性氧簇水平均低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 依达拉奉右莰醇联合丁苯酞治疗ACI患者的效果显著,可调节血清炎症因子水平,促进患者神经功能恢复,改善氧化应激反应,同时用药安全性良好.
Effects of Edaravone Dextrocamphorol Combined with Butylphthalein on Neurological Function and Oxidative Stress Response in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the effect of edaravone dextrocamphorol combined with butylphthalein in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 90 ACI patients admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalein,and the observation group was treated with Edaravone dextrocamphorol combined with butylphthalein,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,nerve function,oxidative stress response and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of malondialdehyde and reactive oxygen species in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase were higher than those in control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Edaravone dextrocamphorol combined with and butylphthalein has a significant effect in the treatment of ACI patients,which can regulate the level of serum inflammatory factors,promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the oxidative stress response of patients,and has a good safety.
