Effect of Ulinastatin Combined with Continuous Blood Purification in the Treatment of Septic Patients with Acute Lung Injury
Objective To analyze the effect of ulinastatin combined with continuous blood purification in the treatment of septic patients with acute lung injury. Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with acute lung injury from sepsis admitted to the First Clinical College of Binzhou Medical University from December 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with continuous blood purification, and the observation group was treated with ulinastatin on the basis of the control group.Blood gas analysis indicators, physiological health status and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ score of the observation group was(20.05±2.18)points,which was lower than(26.12±3.15)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood partial pressure of carbon dioxide, blood partial pressure of oxygen and oxygenation index in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the respiratory rate was lower than that in control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of high mobility group protein B1,tumor necrosis factor, interleukin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute lung injury due to sepsis, continuous blood purification combined with ulinastatin therapy can effectively reduce the inflammatory response, improve the blood gas analysis indicators status of patients, and improve their physiological health status.
