Effect of Doxofylline Combined with Zhichuan Ling Oral Liquid on Pulmonary Function and Inflammatory Factors Levels During Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of doxofylline combined with Zhichuan Ling oral liquid in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Jiangsu Hongze District People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with doxofylline,and the research group was treated with Zhichuan Ling oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,inflammatory factors levels and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was which was 92.00%,higher than 81.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the forced expiratory volume for 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)were greater than those of the control group,FEV1/FVC of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of serum interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline combined with Zhichuan Ling oral liquid can improve pulmonary function and reduce inflammatory factors levels in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,with high safety and significant efficacy.
