Effects of Quadruple Therapy with Rebabapide and Esomeprazole on Gastric Mucosa Morphology and Gastrointestinal Hormones in Patients with HP-Positive Gastric Ulcer
Objective To investigate the effects of quadruple therapy with Rebaptiste and esomeprazole on gastric mucosa morphology and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 100 patients with HP-positive gastric ulcer admitted to Lijin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with esomeprazole quadruple therapy, and the observation group was treated with rebaptist on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated continuously for 14 days. The morphology of gastric mucosa, gastrointestinal hormones and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, glandular density, mucosal morphology, mucosal thickness and inflammatory cell infiltration degree score in observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).Gastrin and cholecystokinin in observation group were lower than those of the control group, the serum motilin level was(238.69±31.42)ng/L,which was higher than(202.18±26.54)ng/L in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The quadruple therapy of Rebabapide combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of HP-positive gastric ulcer patients can effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone, accelerate the recovery of gastric mucosa, and the drug is safe.
