Predictive Joint Skin Nursing Management of Neonatal Intravenous Infusion Leakage Happening Satisfaction with Their Families
Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing combined with skin management on the occurrence of neonatal intravenous infusion leakage and family satisfaction. Methods A total of 90 neonates with intravenous infusion admitted to Bijie Hospital,Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group received predictive care and skin management based on the control group. The occurrence of neonatal intravenous infusion leakage, satisfaction of neonatal family members, occurrence of adverse events and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the observation group of intravenous infusion leakage rate, incidence of adverse events were 2.22%and 2.22%,which were lower than 2.44%and 13.33%in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the family satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, compliance score lower than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing combined with skin management can significantly reduce the incidence of leakage of neonatal intravenous transfusion, reduce the occurrence of ossociated adverse events, have good safety, improve the satisfaction of family members on nursing services, and help improve the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the compliance of neonatal intravenous transfusion.
