Observation on the Application Effect of Quality Control Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Continuous Enhanced Swallowing Function Training in Patients with Swallowing Disorders after Stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control rehabilitation nursing combined with continuous enhanced swallowing function training in patients with swallowing disorders after stroke. Methods 78 patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received quality control rehabilitation care combined with continuous enhanced swallowing function training.Compare swallowing function, feeding function, occurrence of complications, and quality of life between two groups. Results After nursing, the standard Swallowing Function Evaluation Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the functional Eating Scale Score was higher than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%,which was lower than 20.51%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the emotional function, social function, vitality, psychological health, mental health, physiological function, physiological function, and physical pain dimensions of the observation group's 36-item Short-From health suruey were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of quality control rehabilitation nursing and continuous enhanced swallowing function training can improve swallowing and feeding functions, reduce complications, and improve quality of life in patients with post-stroke swallowing disorders.
