Application Analysis of Evidence-Based Support Combined with Incentive Nursing Based on Health Intervention in Postoperative Management of Patients with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based support combined with incentive nursing based on health intervention in the postoperative management of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods A total of 100 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to People's Hospital of Yangxin County from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the observation group received evidence-based support combined with incentive nursing based on health intervention for 1 month. The cognitive function, negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of each dimension of Mini-mental State Examination scale and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Brief Form Questionnaire scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale scores of the observation group were(42.60±1.52)points and(40.20±1.25)points,which were lower than(47.24±1.89)points and(45.22±1.47)points in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based support combined with incentive nursing based on health intervention can reduce the negative emotions of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, improve their cognitive function and quality of life.
