Research on the Clinical Effect of Jiaotai Pill Combined with Regulating Yang and Dispelling Evil Acupuncture Method in the Treatment of Patients with Insomnia Caused by Heart-Kidney Disharmony
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiaotai Pill combined with regulating Yang and dispelling evil acupuncture method on patients with insomnia caused by heart-kidney disharmony.Methods A total of 150 patients with heart-kidney disharmony insomnia admitted to Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Jiaotai pill,and the observation group was treated with regulating Yang and dispelling evil acupuncture method on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,sleep quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 85.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptom,secondary symptom and total scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the sleep quality was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups,and the difference was no statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of Jiaotai Pill combined with regulating Yang and dispelling evil acupuncture method in heart-kidney disharmony type insomnia has remarkable effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and sleep quality,and has high safety.
