Analysis of the Effect of Xingnaotongdu Acupuncture Combined with Task Oriented Training on Spastic Hemiplegia after Stroke Patients
Objective Exploring the clinical effect of Xingnaotongdu acupuncture combined with task oriented training in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke patients. Methods Selecting 80 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the Dezhou Xiajin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2023 as the research subjects, according to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and a combination group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received task oriented training treatment, while the combination group received Xingnaotongdu acupuncture combined with task oriented training treatment.Compare the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, spasticity degree, motor balance function, and clinical efficacy between two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the combination group were lower than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Clinical Spasticity Index score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group, and the modified Ashworth Scale grading was better than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Fugl Meyer Motor Function Assessment upper and lower limb scores and Berg Balance Scale scores of the joint group were higher than those of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xingnaotongdu acupuncture and task oriented training can alleviate the symptoms of spastic hemiplegia patients after stroke, improve spasticity, promote motor function recovery, enhance balance ability, and improve clinical efficacy.
