Effects of Low-Frequency Electrical Stimulation of Pelvic Floor Muscle Assisted Rehabilitation Training on Pelvic Floor Function and Urine Leakage in Patients with Postpartum Stress Urinary Incontinence
Objective To investigate the effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscle assisted rehabilitation training on pelvic floor function and urine leakage in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods Ninety-two patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to Yanggu County People's Hospital from November 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with low-frequency electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscle based on the control group.Pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor function and urine leakage were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength and urine leakage in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire-short form 7 and Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-Short Form 20 scores of the observation group were(5.62±1.26)points,(4.63±1.22)points,which were lower than(7.81±1.69)points,(6.33±1.65)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The low-frequency electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscle assisted rehabilitation training can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor function and urine leakage in Patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
