高频重复经颅磁刺激联合虚拟现实训练技术干预对重型颅脑损伤患者神经功能的影响

目的 探讨高频重复经颅磁刺激(hrTMS)联合虚拟现实(VR)训练技术干预对重型颅脑损伤(sTBI)患者的影响.方法 选择 2021 年 6 月—2023 年 9 月山东省济南市济阳区人民医院收治的 92 例sTBI患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组 46 例.对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用hrTMS联合VR训练技术干预.对比两组患者的神经功能及日常生活能力.结果 干预后,观察组的格拉斯哥昏迷评分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的Barthel指数评定量表评分为(74.37±5.82)分,高于对照组的(61.24±5.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 sTBI患者采用hrTMS联合VR训练技术干预,能明显改善神经功能,提高日常生活能力,值得临床推广使用.
Effect of High-Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Virtual Reality Training Technique on Neurological Function in Patients with Severe Traumatic Brain Injury
Objective To investigate the effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(hrTMS)combined with virtual reality(VR)training technique on patients with severe traumatic brain injury(sTBI).Methods A total of 92 sTBI patients admitted to the Jiyang District People's Hospital of Jinan City,Shandong Province from June 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,the observation group was treated with hrTMS combined with VR training technology on the basis of the control group.The neurological function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Glasgow Coma Scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Barthel Index score of the observation group was(74.37±5.82)points,which was higher than(61.24±5.26)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion hrTMS combined with VR training technology can significantly improve neurological function and daily living ability in sTBI patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
