Effect of Load Deep Breathing Training Combined with Moderate-Intensity Limb Linkage Training on the Heart and Lung Functions and Exercise Endurance of Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective Explore the impact of load deep breathin g training combined with moderate-intensity limb linkage training on the heart and lung functions and exercise endurance of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Eighty patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Suzhou Municipal Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects, according to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional intervention, the observation group received load deep breathing training combined with moderate-intensity limb linkage training intervention on the basis of the control group. The lung function, heart function, exercise endurance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, the lung function, heart function, exercise endurance and quality of life of the two groups were compared, and the differences between the groups were no statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)were greater than those in the control group,FEV1/FVC,ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac index, and stroke volume in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the 6-minute walk distance of the observation group was(308.51±31.24)m,which was longer than(263.42±27.31)m of the control group, the score of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test was(18.05±2.14)points,which was lower than(21.38±2.35)points of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Load deep breathing training combined with moderate-intensity limb linkage training can improve the heart and lung functions of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, enhance exercise endurance and improve the quality of life.
