Effect of Three-Stage Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Nursing Combined with Respiratory Training on Recovery of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the effect of three-stage pulmonary rehabilitation program nursing combined with respiratory training on the recovery of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 78 AECOPD patients admitted to Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received three-stage pulmonary rehabilitation program nursing combined with respiratory training. The pulmonary function, dyspnea symptoru and exercise endurance were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,The forced vital capacity(FVC)and the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)of the observation group were greater than those of the control group, and the ratio of FEV1/FVC was higher than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the modified British Medical Research council Dyspnea Scale(mMRC)of the observation group was(1.64±0.24)points,which was lower than(2.25±0.68)points of the control group, and the 6-min walking distance was(357.49±30.25)m,which was longer than(269.82±25.99)m of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-stage pulmonary rehabilitation program nursing combined with respiratory training can better improve the pulmonary function of AECOPD patients, reduce their dyspnea symptoms, improve their exercise endurance and quality of life, and further promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
