Clinical Research of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Tinidazole in Treatment of 40 Cases of Chronic Periodontitis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with tinidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods Eighty patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to the Stomatology Department of Yangdong District People's Hospital of Yangjiang City from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and a research group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cleaning and curettage combined with tinidazole oral therapy,and the research group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid gargling on the basis of the control gorup,both groups received continuous treatment for 1 month.The periodontal indicators,inflammatory factors,therapeutic efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the plaque index,sulcus bleeding index and gingival index of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 95.00%,which was higher than 67.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the course of treatment,no serious safety events occurred in both groups.Conclusion Tinidazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic periodontitis,significantly improve the periodontal indicators of patients,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
