Effect Analysis of Rehabilitation Training Combined with Limb Rehabilitation Trainer for Cerebral Infarction Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation training combined with limb rehabilitation trainer on cerebral infarction patients.Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction treated in Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation training com-bined with limb rehabilitation trainers,both groups were treated with continuous intervention for 3 months.Limb function,mo-tion tilt Angle,lower limb muscle strength and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results Before in-tervention,there was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,FMA scores of upper and lower limbs in both groups were higher than those before inter-vention,and observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in front and back tilt Angle and left and right tilt Angle(P>0.05);after intervention,the anterograde tilt Angle and the left and right tilt Angle of both groups were greater than those before intervention,and the observation group were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,a comparison of the root-mean-square of the surface electromyo-graphic signals of the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscles and the Barthel Index(BI)scores between the two groups was conducted,and the differences between the groups were no statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the root mean square of the surface electromyographic signals of the tibialis anterior muscle and the gastrocnemius muscle as well as the BI scores in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of rehabilitation training and limb rehabilitation trainer is conducive to the recovery of limb function of cerebral infarction pa-tients,and can improve their daily life ability.
