Effect of Butylphthalein Combined with Clopidogrel on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective Objective To investigate the specific effect of butylphthalein combined with clophagrel on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Yuncheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clobgrel, and the observation group was treated with butylphthalein injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, neurological function, inflammatory response indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NHISS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,NHISS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in inflammatory response indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, hypersensitive C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of butylphthalein combined with clophagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is accurate, can improve nerve function, reduce inflammatory response, and has good safety.
