Effect of Tirofiban Combined with Conventional Drug Therapy on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Neurological Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction within the Time Window of Super Thrombolysis
Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of tirofiban combined with conventional drugs in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)within the time window of super thrombolysis.Methods A total of 86 patients with ACI who were admitted to Yuncheng County People's Hospital between September 2021 and September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group received combined treatment with tirofiban on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels,neurological function,hemorheological indicators,and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had lower levels of whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,and fibrinogen compared to the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of tirofiban and conventional drugs in the treatment of patients with ACI within the time window of super thrombolysis can enhance efficacy,reduce nerve damage and inflammatory reactions,improve hemorheological indicators,and is safe and effective.
