Effect of Agatroban Combined with Aspirin on Coagulation Indicators and Neurological Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction after Thrombolysis
Objective To explore the application value of agatroban combined with aspirin in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)after thrombolysis. Methods A total of 90 ACI patients admitted to Shen County Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research object, and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin, and the observation group was treated with agatroban on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated continuously for 7 days. The clinical efficacy, coagulation indicators, neurological function, daily living ability and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of fibrinogen in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the plasma thrombin, prothrombin and partial prothrombin time were longer than that in control group, the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the score of the Barthel Index scale was higher than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Agatroban combined with aspirin is effective in the treatment of patients after thrombolytic ACI,can improve the neurological function and coagulation function of patients, enhance their daily life ability, and is safe and reliable.
