Observation of the Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Application Based on IMB Model on Limb Function Exercise in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective Exploring the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model on limb function exercise in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Selecting 72 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 as the research subjects, they were divided into a control group and an experimental group in the order of admission, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received rehabilitation nursing based on the IMB model.Compare the functional exercise compliance, motor function, and quality of life between two groups. Results The compliance rate of functional exercise in the experimental group was 97.22%,which was higher than 80.56%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing, the scores of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale in both groups were higher than before nursing, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale, the scores of energy,activity,self-care ability, mood, upper limb function, language, and work/labor score, and total score of the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing based on the IMB model in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve their compliance with limb function exercise, enhance their motor function and quality of life.
