Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Nursing on Negative Emotions,Pain level and Incidence of Complications in Patients after Finger Replantation Surgery
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with cognitive behavioral nursing on negative emotions,pain level,and incidence of complications in patients after finger replantation surgery.Methods seventy patients with underwent finger replantation treated in Subei People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from November 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with cognitive behavioral nursing intervention.The negative emotion,pain level,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale and pain Visual Analogue Score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.57%,which was lower than 28.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with cognitive behavioral nursing intervention has a high application value in patients after finger replantation,which can effectively relieve patients'negative emotions,reduce pain,improve quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications.
