Application of Continuous Nursing Combined with Mindfulness Therapy Based on the Theory of Knowledge,Belief and Practice in Patients with Bladder Cancer Undergoing Postoperative Perfusion Chemotherapy
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with mindfulness therapy based on the theory of knowledge,belief and practice on bladder cancer patients undergoing postoperative perfusion chemotherapy.Methods Seventy-two cases of bladder cancer patients undergoing postoperative perfusion chemotherapy in the Zoucheng People's Hospital from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.Divided evenly into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received continuous nursing based on the theory of knowledge,belief,and practice combined with mindfulness therapy.Compare the hope level,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results Before nursing,comparison of hope level and quality of life between two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of two groups of Herth Hope Index and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with mindfulness therapy based on the theory of knowledge,belief and practice can improve the hope level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with bladder cancer undergoing postoperative perfusion chemotherapy,which is safe and reliable.
