Effects of Traditional Chinese Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Combined with Ear-Point Pressure on Cardiac Rehabilitation and Sleep Quality of Patients after Coronary Intervention
Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese cardiac rehabilitation exercise combined with ear-point pressure on cardiac rehabilitation and sleep quality of patients after coronary intervention. Methods A total of 82 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine training, the observation group received traditional Chinese cardiac rehabilitation exercise combined with ear point pressure intervention, both groups continued intervention for 6 months. The indexes of cardiac function, sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in cardiac function indexes, sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05);after 6 months of intervention, the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension and left ventricular end-systolic dimension in the observation group were (47.29±3.18)mm and (40.27±2.84)mm, respectively, which were shorter than (56.51± 3.59)mm and (45.21±3.11)mm, respectively, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);and the left ventricular ejection fraction and Chinese questionnaire of quality of life in Chinese patient with cardiovascular diseases score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese cardiac rehabilitation exercise combined with ear-point pressure has significant effect on patients with coronary heart disease after interventional surgery, which can effectively improve heart function, sleep quality and quality of life.
