Effect Analysis of High Quality Nursing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in the Treatment of Oblique Inguinal Hernia in Children by Transumbilical Single Hole Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the treatment of oblique inguinal hernia in children by transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 60 children with inguinal hernia who underwent transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random envelope method, with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing after surgery, while the observation group received high quality nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing after surgery.the postoperative pain time, hospitalization days, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain time and hospitalization days of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The parental nursing satisfaction of the children in the observation group was 100.00％, higher than 73.33％in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of oblique inguinal hernia by transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery in children, the use of perioperative quality nursing and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing has significant effects, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, and shorten the length of hospital stay.The family members of the children have a high degree of satisfaction with the nursing, which has the value of promotion and use.
