Effect of Quality Control Circle Nursing Mode Combined with Isokinetic Exercise Training on Limb Function and Complications in Patients Undergoing Surgery for Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle nursing mode combined with isokinetic exercise training on limb function and complications in patients with cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS) surgery. Methods Eighty-six patients with CuTS surgery admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received quality control circle nursing mode combined with isokinetic exercise training. The function, self-care ability and complications of the affected limb were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the function of affected limb and Barthel Index (BI) score between the two groups (P>0.05).After intervention, the symptoms of numbness and pain, sensory examination, muscle atrophy (interosseous muscle), grip strength and grasping hand scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significance (P<0.05);the BI score of the observation group was (93.37±3.18) points, which was higher than (89.20±4.74) points of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle nursing mode combined with isokinetic exercise training can promote the recovery of limb function and self-care ability in CuTS surgery patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.
