Effect of Combined Treatment with Labelol and Benzitone on Blood Pressure and Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients with Early-Onset Severe Preeclampsia
Objective To investigate the effect of the combination therapy of Labelol and Benzitone on patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia. Methods Eighty-two patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Binzhou City from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received treatment with Benzitone, while the observation group received treatment with Labelol on this basis. Both groups continued treatment until 1 day before termination of pregnancy. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure, 24-hour proteinuria level, coagulation function, adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%, which was higher than the control group's 78.05%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and 24-hour proteinuria levelin the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time, and plasma thrombin timein the observation group were all longer than those in the control group, the level of fibrinogenwas lower than that in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia, the use of Labelol combined with Benzitone has a definite clinical effect, can effectively regulate patient blood pressure and 24-hour proteinuria levels, improve coagulation function and pregnancy outcomes, and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
