Application of Remazolam Besylate Combined with Alfentanil in Painless Colonoscopy in Elderly Patients
Objective To explore the effect of remimazolam besylate combined with alfentanil on painless colonoscopy in elderly patients. Methods Fifty elderly patients undergoing painless colonoscopy in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with alfentanil combined with propofol, and the observation group was anesthetized with alfentanil combined with remimazolam besylate. The sedative and analgesic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The onset time of anesthesia, recovery time and leaving room time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).At T0, there were no significant differences in heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) levels between the two groups (P>0.05).At T1 and T2, HR and MAP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).At T1 and T2, the Ramsay scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Remimazolam besylate combined with alfentanil can improve the sedative and analgesic effect, optimize clinical indicators and stabilize hemodynamic indicators in elderly patients undergoing painless colonoscopy.
