硝苯地平联合依诺肝素钠对妊娠期高血压患者血压水平、母婴结局的影响

摘要
目的 探讨硝苯地平联合依诺肝素钠对妊娠期高血压(PIH)患者血压水平、母婴结局的影响.方法 选择该院2020年12月—2023年10月收治的86例PIH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例.对照组采用硝苯地平片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合依诺肝素钠注射液治疗.对比两组临床疗效、血压水平、母婴结局、不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.35％,高于对照组的81.40％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良母婴结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 PIH患者使用硝苯地平联合依诺肝素钠治疗可有效调节血压水平,减少不良母婴结局,且用药安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of nifedipine combined with enoxaparin sodium on blood pressure and maternal and infant outcomes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH).Methods A total of 86 patients with PIH admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine tablets, and the observation group was treated with enoxaparin sodium injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, blood pressure level, maternal and infant outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35％, higher than 81.40％of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of the adverse maternal and infant outcome in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion PIH patients treated with nifedipine combined with enoxaparin sodium can effectively regulate blood pressure, reduce adverse maternal and infant outcomes, and the drug safety is good.
