Effects of Nifedipine Combined with Enoxaparin Sodium on Blood Pressure Level and Maternal and Infant Outcomes in Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hpertension
Objective To explore the effects of nifedipine combined with enoxaparin sodium on blood pressure and maternal and infant outcomes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH).Methods A total of 86 patients with PIH admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nifedipine tablets, and the observation group was treated with enoxaparin sodium injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure level, maternal and infant outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, higher than 81.40%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of the adverse maternal and infant outcome in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion PIH patients treated with nifedipine combined with enoxaparin sodium can effectively regulate blood pressure, reduce adverse maternal and infant outcomes, and the drug safety is good.
