银杏叶提取物联合依达拉奉注射液对脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者的影响

目的 探讨银杏叶提取物联合依达拉奉注射液对脑梗死(CI)后认知功能障碍患者的影响.方法 选择2021年1月—2022年12月昌乐县齐城中医院收治的80例CI后认知功能障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用银杏叶提取物注射液.对比两组临床效果、神经功能、认知功能、炎症因子、血液流变学指标及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率及蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分均高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、基质金属蛋白酶-9水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组血小板分布宽度、纤维蛋白原、血小板压积均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 银杏叶提取物联合依达拉奉注射液治疗CI后认知功能障碍的效果确切,能够有效降低患者炎症因子指标,改善血液流变学指标,促进神经及认知功能的恢复,安全性良好.
Effect of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Combined with Edaravone Injection on Patients with Cognitive Dysfunction After Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo biloba extract combined edaravone injection on cognitive dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction (CI).Methods A total of 80 patients with post-CI cognitive dysfunction admitted to Qicheng Hospital of Changle County from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone injection, and the observation group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract injection based on the control group.The clinical effect, neurological function, cognitive function, inflammatory factors, hemorheological indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate and Montreal cognitive assessment score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the National Institutes of Health Stroke scale score was lower than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract combined with edaravone injection has an effective effect on cognitive dysfunction after CI, which can effectively reduce inflammatory factor indexes, improve hemorheological indexes, and promote the recovery of neurological and cognitive functions with good safety.
