Effect of Three-Stage Comprehensive Continuous Management Combined with Wechat Diet Guidance on Blood Glucose Control and Delivery Outcomes in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of three-stage comprehensive continuous management combined with wechat diet guidance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods A toal of 80 GDM patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given three-stage comprehensive continuous management combined with Wechat diet guidance on the basis of the control group. Both groups were followed up until the end of delivery. The blood glucose control, compliance behavior and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of medical compliance behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Three-Stage comprehensive continuous management combined with Wechat diet guidance has a good application effect in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, which is conducive to improving their compliance behavior, obtaining better blood glucose control effect, and reducing the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes.
