Application Effect of Refined Nursing Based on the Concept of Fast Track Surgery in Postoperative Nursing of Patients with Craniocerebral Injury
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing based on the concept of fast track surgery (FTS) in postoperative nursing of patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 76 patients with craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received refined nursing based on FTS concept. The postoperative recovery, discomfort symptoms, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the time of getting out of bed and staying in hospital in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the pain visual analogue scale score 72 h after surgery was lower than that in the control group, the scores of Kolcaba's simplified comfort status scale were higher than those of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26%, which was lower than 21.05%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.37%, which was higher than 78.95% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The refined nursing based on FTS concept can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with craniocerebral injury, relieve physical and mental discomfort, reduce complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
