Effect of Acupoint Massage Combined with Baduanjin Training on Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with Baduanjin training on patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 76 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was given acupoint massage combined with Baduanjin training intervention on the basis of the control group.The limb function,balance ability and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of upper limb and lower limb function in the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,Berg Balance Scale and Modified Barthel Index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with Baduanjin training can improve limb function,balance and activity of daily living in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
