Effect of Kuntai Capsule Combined with Dexmedetone on Patients with Menopausal Syndrome
Objective To investigate the effects of kuntai capsules combined with dexmedetone on patients with menopausal syndrome(MPS).Methods A total of 84 MPS patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Desdrogestone Tablets,and the observation group was treated with desdrogestone tablets combined with kuntai capsules.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Endometrial thickness,clinical efficacy,serum sex hormone level,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness in the observation group was thinner than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the levels of follide stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05);the scores of menopause quality of life scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion In MPS patients,the use of kuntai capsules combined with dexmedetone can better promote the improvement of endometrial thickness and sex hormone levels in patients,improve their quality of life,and have high safety.
