Effect Analysis of Chushi Zhiyang Decoction Fumigation and Sitz Bath Combined with Honghe Fujie Washing Solution in the Treatment of Fungal Vaginitis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of chushi zhiyang decoction fumigation and sitz bath with honghe fujie washing solution in the treatment of fungal vaginitis(FV).Methods A total of 120 FV patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the combination of chushi zhiyang decoction and honghe fujie washing solution on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory response,clinical symptom score,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05);the scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between both groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of chushi zhiyang decoction fumigation and sitz bath with honghe fujie washing solution can improve the therapeutic effect of FV patients,accelerate the resolution of inflammation,alleviate disease symptoms,and is safe and feasible.
