Application Research of Shenqi Lishui Decoction Combined with Acupoint Massage in Patients with Upper Limb Lymphedema after Breast Cancer Surgery
Objective To investigate the application effect of shenqili lishui decoction combined with acupoint massage in patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 110 breast cancer patients with postoperative upper limb lymphedema admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received shenqi lishui decoction combined with acupoint massage intervention on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,symptom disturbance and upper limb function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than 85.45%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower limb heaviness score(0.62±0.19)points,limb numbness score(0.65±0.21)points,and limb pain score(0.70±0.18)points compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,the symptom distress index(51.84±8.06)points and upper limb function score(15.35±2.12)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Lishui Decoction combined with acupoint massage is effective in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,which can reduce limb symptoms,improve symptoms and upper limb function.
