补中益气汤联合康复治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的效果研究

目的 探讨补中益气汤联合康复治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的效果.方法 选取该院2021年8月—2023年8月收治的 78 例中风后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各 39 例.对照组采用单纯康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合补中益气汤治疗.评估两组的吞咽功能恢复情况、中医证候积分、生活质量.结果 治疗前,两组标准吞咽功能评定量表(SSA)评分、洼田饮水试验评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,两组SSA评分、洼田饮水试验评分均低于治疗前,且观察组评分分别为(24.69±5.44)分、(2.23±0.34)分,均低于对照组的(28.21±5.36)分、(2.79±0.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,两组的口舌歪斜、舌强语謇、感觉减弱、半身不遂评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗前,两组吞咽障碍特异性生活量表(SWAL-QOL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,两组的SWAL-QOL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者实行补中益气汤联合康复治疗,可改善症状、促进吞咽功能恢复、提高患者生活质量.
Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Rehabilitation Thergpy on Dysphagia after Stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of buzhong yiqi decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 78 patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received simple rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received treatment with buzhong yiqi decoctron on the basis of the control group.The recovery of swallowing function,symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion Buzhong yiqi decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy can improve symptoms and promote the recovery of swallowing function,effectively control the risk of related complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
