Effect Observation of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation Combined with Core Muscle Motor Control Training in Rehabilitation Treatment of Patients with Postpartum Rectus Abdominalis Sparation
Objective To explore the application effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with core muscle motor control training in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with postpartum rectus abdominalis separation. Methods A total of 78 patients with postpartum rectus abdominalis separation admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received core muscle motor control training, and the observation group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, abdominal circumference, pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%higher than 76.92%of the control group, the umbilical circumference, umbilical circumference and subumbilical circumference were lower than those of the control group, the pain Visual Analogue Scale score pain was lower than that of the control group, and the Generic Quality of Life Inventory score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with core muscle motor control training can effectively improve abdominal circumference, reduce pain and improve quality of life in patients with postpartum rectus abdominalis sparation.
