Effect of Balance Function Strengthening Training Combined with Mechanical Dynamic Pulling in the Rehabilitation of Patients after Ankle Fracture
Objective To study the effect of balance function strengthening training combined with mechanical dynamic pulling in rehabilitation of patients after ankle fracture. Methods A total of 98 postoperative patients with ankle fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation exercises treatment after operation, and the observation group received balance function strengthening training and mechanical dynamic pulling based on the control group.Ankle joint function, joint swelling pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,Baird-Jackson Ankle scoring system score,Foot and ankle Ability Assessment Scale score and American Association of Foot and Ankle Surgeons ankle-heel score in the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the ankle circumference of the two groups was shorter than before treatment, and the pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was lower than before treatment, and the ankle circumference of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in both groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Balance function strengthening training combined with mechanical dynamic pulling can reduce the pain of ankle joint swelling and accelerate the recovery of ankle joint function, thus improving the quality of life of patients.
