Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Encapsulation Combined with Baduanjin Training on Motor Function of Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with Baduanjin training on motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received Traditional Chinese Medicine encapsulation combined with baduan jin training.Motor function,balance ability and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in motor function,balance ability and daily living ability points between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the motor function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the balance ability scores of the observation group was(48.69±4.05)points,which was higher than(33.18±3.61)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the daily living ability sore of the observation group was(79.62±6.47)points,which was higher than(67.31±5.16)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine encapsulation combined with Baduanjin training on patients with hemiplegia after stroke is remarkable,which can effectively improve the patients'motor function and balance ability,improve their daily life ability.
